Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Descriptions

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare document and report every work/ project done.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • At least three (3) years and above of working experience in related position or related field.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good personality – Trustworthy, honest and highest integrity.
