Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job Descriptions
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare document and report every work/ project done.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
- At least three (3) years and above of working experience in related position or related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Good personality – Trustworthy, honest and highest integrity.
