Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, tourism, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent in customer service & communication skills.

Job Descriptions:

  • Guest Relations and Service:
    • Ensure exceptional service standards are met, providing an outstanding experience for all guests.
    • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Monitor guest feedback, including reviews and surveys, and take appropriate actions to improve service quality.
    • Coordinate with the front desk to ensure check-in/check-out processes run smoothly.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
    • Ensure rooms are well-maintained, clean, and prepared for guests.
    • Monitor inventory and manage supplies, including linens, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
    • Oversee hotel bookings, room rates, and availability.
    • Ensure adherence to all local regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership and Staff Management:
    • Supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
    • Handle staffing issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the hotel’s budget, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
    • Monitor revenue and expenses, preparing financial reports for management.
    • Ensure that hotel pricing and promotional strategies are aligned with business goals.
    • Approve vendor contracts and manage relationships with external suppliers.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings and occupancy rates.
    • Identify business opportunities, including group bookings, corporate clients, and events.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competition, adjusting pricing and promotions accordingly.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including health, safety, and labor laws.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are upheld.
    • Address any maintenance or safety issues in a timely manner.

Maintenance Leader

Descriptions
  1. Two (2) years of experience as a maintenance leader or supervisor.
  2. Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.
  3. Fantastic organizational skills, leadership skills, a great eye for detail, strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, effective budgeting and performance management.
  4. Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and great time management skills.
  6. Solid understanding of Safety and Health regulations and practices.
  7. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Requirements

Marketing cum Documentation

Descriptions
  • Develops promotional and advertising materials for the hotel and successfully promotes and manages the brand.
  • To plan and be responsible for advertising and promotion campaigns or events on various media.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
  • Designs and advertises special group rates and packages for the hotel.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing.
  • Handle HR and Admin tasks including recruitment and interview arrangement, training nomination, staff disciplinary, payroll documentation, purchasing office or hotel supplies, filing paperwork, preparing documents and etc.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Have fantastic presentation skills, an excellent negotiator, and have exceptional communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative, imaginative, and good teamwork.
  • Good in documentation and paperwork.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the HR field is an added advantage.

Housekeeping Leader

Descriptions
  • Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
  • Adhere to procedures and ensure all rooms are inspected according to department standards.
  • Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
  • Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves.
  • Assist in monitoring the timely completion of maintenance work orders and guest requests.
  • Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
Requirements
  • Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
