Job Descriptions
- Organize the public relations action plan, advertising plan, and media plan on an annual basis for the company.
- To assist new prospective tenants and promotion area tenants on the location of their booth or shop.
- To organize internal and external social functions of the company.
- To handle tenant and exhibition/ sale promotion customers’ requirements to ensure customer services offered correspond effectively to their requests.
- Establish and maintain a good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues soonest possible in the interest of the betterment of the mall.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or other related fields.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in retailing and shopping malls.
- Good in mathematical skills, communication skills, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
